Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I was in Raleigh and was in the mood for another cup of coffee. I chose Brugger's bagel. It's been many years since I went there. I got an iced caramel coffee and the Vermonter sandwich. Tasty sandwich. With time to burn I ordered a hazelnut coffee while hanging out. There's a small parking lot behind to customers. Everywhere around this place is meter parking.

Ordered the bakers dozen bundle, which includes two cream cheese tubs. They handed us our bagels and didn’t give us the cream cheese tubs. When we called about it, they didn’t offer any sort of reimbursement or accommodate the fact that we drove all the way out to this location. Very dissatisfied with the sort of service they provided following their own mistake.

i went here for the first time as I am an avid brueggers fan in cary. safe to say the bagel i picked up was incomparable to the brueggers brand I am used to. I picked up so I have nothing to say about the service or atmosphere, all I know is that my first bite sent a fight or flight response down my body, which I would later find out is my instincts telling me not to eat this thing. the bagel itself was tiny, uneven and nothing like I am used to, the bacon was basically raw and the eggs were GREEN????? it wasnt even a busy time for them so I am unsure what happened. the place also looked a little dirty for the brief moment I was there, but never could I imagine paying almost 10 dollars for this rotten object. While I am writing this I am attempting everything to get the rotten taste out of my mouth. disgraceful to not just brueggers but to cuisine itself. go to the Preston Corner location. **i have sent out a refund and complaint to the website directly as i am concerned for the health of the poor college students eating here **update 2: naturally i recieved a refund for my sandwich but i am seriously doubting if this place will get any better!!!!

If you're thinking about trying this location out it's unsanitary in so many ways. As I'm writing this review this was my first & Last time & would gladly recommend that you go anywhere, but here !! They don't wear hairnets , the manager on Thursday mornings named Alexis is very unprofessional, as I sat down to eat there wasn't one table that was clean prior to sitting down as I was having my food made, the kitchen space was very disturbing to look at for many reasons. Seeing that keeping a clean workspace environment for customers and providing a worth returning experience means nothin to their OVERALL COMPANY . Which I will be talking over with a higher level of management because this was absolutely My worst experience with this company for it to be only my first time.

Don't come here when they about to close. 1:30pm to 2pm, they service sucks. The place looks a mess, n I can't get a DARKLY TOASTED BAGEL for nothing. When I come here early, or late. They just don't want me to enjoy a bagel the way I Wish. I feel robbed! I normally like this place. N rushed over here bc they were about to close. Next time I'll just go to Burger King. I can get so much more for my money, with way better service.
